How do I get more information about the art before making a decision about a purchase?

How can I make a purchase?
Please contact me via the Contact form or email if you would like to make a purchase; include the name of the art that you would like to purchase, your name, email address, mailing address. An invoice will be emailed to you and it will allow you to pay via a credit card. Shipping is free with exceptions such as for larger pieces. Once payment has posted, your order will be processed.
All Sales are Final after shipped.
What type of paper do you use for your botanical prints?
Professional fine art paper: Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Paper. The paper has a matte finish that most closely resembles the original work.

What type of paper do you use for the original cyanotypes?
Arches Hot Press 140 lb, 100% cotton, acid free or Strathmore Bristol Smooth, 100 lb, acid free

Does the art come with a frame?
No. However, except for the largest pieces, art comes matted with an acid free mat, mat board and poly bag.
Are the botanical prints professionally printed?
I print all of my botanical prints myself on my professional Epson P700 printer using archival pigmented inks. I prefer this method so I can control the quality of my prints and ensure they are as close to the originals as possible.
A note on colors...
I strive to accurately represent all of my products in their photos on this website. Colors shown may vary on different monitors and devices.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
USPS or UPS on request (shipping charges for UPS will be applied)
Processing vs. Transit Times
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days - this is my processing time. Transit time is the time from when USPS receives the item to the time it is delivered to you. And if I'm on vacation, processing time might be longer:-) I'll let you know before you place the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
How do you package your items for shipment?
Flat cardboard mailers. Mini Frames are shipped in bubble wrap envelope.
My order arrived damaged.
While I make every effort to safely package your item, sadly it's possible that your package may get damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Email me your name, mailing address, the item name, photos of the damaged unopened package and the damaged item (after the package is opened).
Oops, wrong address!
PLEASE double-check the delivery address before submitting your order. The buyer is responsible for submitting the complete and correct shipping address. Bonoappart is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Bonoappart is also not responsible for orders that arrive at the wrong address. The buyer assumes the cost of re-ordering and re-shipping the order to the correct address.
